Weddings at Midginbil Eco Resort are always going to be a great time, obviously because the venue is gorgeous but also because most guests are staying for the weekend which creates a  really warm and welcoming atmosphere. I’m really lucky, a lot of the time when couples enquire with me they use the words “relaxed and fun” when describing their wedding plans, and Shakira & Alex’s wedding encompassed that in spades. They were getting ready and the persistent showers (the curse of La Niña ) were not clearing – no problem, plan B.  The ceremony was moved undercover, they took it in their stride and straight after the official stuff, the sky cleared to a perfect afternoon.   We moved through photo locations and on to the reception, personally styled by Shakira and coordinated by Renee from Help Me Hitch. The evening flowed (so did the beers) and finished the day so easy and low-key but on such a high. Congrats lovers.
